UnmaN

UnmaN is a solo exploration of rebuilding trust within the female form. The movement language draws from a collection of works by Monica Steffey under the umbrella of her work, UNTAMED. Beneath the structure of trust, UnmaN provokes and regurgitates societal norms which are then energetically channelled to initiate a deeper understanding of the innate wild human inside of us all. Grounded in the neglected characteristics of womanhood, UnmaN, ignites the naked, undomesticated, feminine urge inside of you.

This piece has been performed at the unKEMpt Dance Festival, and the Spark Theatre Festival with the Emerging Artists Theater.
